Dear Paragon Families,
Last week, I had the privilege of attending a regional leadership meeting with fellow school leaders from across Spring Education Group’s southeastern region. The picture above is from Wood Acres School in Marietta, Georgia. The school hosted our meeting and prepared a presentation to highlight their PK-8th grade program.
This trip was an incredible opportunity to collaborate with some of the brightest minds in education, including our Spring CEO, Michael Collins. His commitment to listening to school leaders and understanding our unique challenges and opportunities was truly inspiring.
Another valuable aspect of this gathering was the chance to exchange ideas and best practices with other school leaders of independent private schools like Paragon. We discussed ways to improve aftercare programs, enhance the student/teacher experience in the classroom, and build even stronger school communities. Hearing different perspectives and learning from the successes of other schools reinforced my belief in the power of collaboration and continuous growth.
The regional meeting also included a discussion on the future for our schools. I was able to brainstorm and plan Paragon growth with other schools from Florida and Houston who are also looking to expand their grades. We all came to the same outcome: to make this dream a reality, we need to grow our student community. Your support in sharing the Paragon experience with prospective families is invaluable. If you know families who would be a great fit for our school, please encourage them to visit and learn more about what makes Paragon so special. Let’s fill our school* with our friends, neighbors, and co-worker’s families! Increasing our community will allow for our high school to develop!
Thank you for being a part of this incredible community. Your partnership and support make all the difference as we work together to build an even brighter future for our students!
Warmly,
Lindsay Hay, M. Ed.
